When is Hatfield Rally House's opening day?

This is a guess at this point. We will definitely be open this fall. We are shooting for October. Keep your fingers crossed!

When is the grand opening for Hatfield Rally House?

We will definitely have a big celebration after we have officially opened our doors. Stay tuned!

How much is the HRH guest fee (non-member fee)?

$20 per day

Will the tennis and pickleball courts be separate?

Yes! We will have dedicated tennis courts and dedicated pickleball courts which are physically and sonically separated from each other.

Do member fees include court time?

Member fees include booking passes. Booking passes are credit toward court time. The number of booking passes you receive with your membership depends on what membership tier you have paid for. Member fees also grant you access to the facility year-round as well as discounts and other amenities.

Will you offer Senior Memberships?

Yes but not yet. At this time, we are only offering Founding Memberships--which have special privileges and rewards that will never be offered again.

How many hours can you reserve a court a day?

Members can book up to 3 hours a day online. Additional time is a possibility with availability.

Non-members can book up to 2 hours in a day.

When I purchased my membership, the expiration date is inaccurate. How do I fix this?

No worries! Your founding membership will be good for 13 months from the day we open. We will adjust the dates when we know our opening date. Just ignore the expiration date for now. For monthly memberships, you will be charged for 1 month up front and then the monthly charges won't start again until 1 month after we open our doors.

What is a contract court? A contract court is a court that you reserve ahead of time for the entire season (Sept 1 - May 31). You tell us what day/time you want the court, pay up front for it for the season, and it's yours! Most people divide the price between 1-6 other people. Some have a regular singles partner or some rotate people for doubles play. It's a great way to have a steady time/date to play where the scheduling and payment is already taken care of. (You must be an HRH member to purchase contract courts. Non-members can play on a contract court by paying the $20 guest fee each time or using a guest pass.)

What is a booking pass? A booking pass is a credit that can be used for 1 court session for 1 user.

For example, if you are reserving a court for 4 people to play pickleball/tennis and you have 4 booking passes, you can use 1 booking pass to pay for your sole portion of the court fee. (The 3 other people would then pay their portion of the court fee themselves.) Or, you could use 2 booking passes to pay for yourself and 1 other player's court fee. Or, you could use all 4 of your booking passes to pay for the entire court for all 4 players.

• Each booking pass is good for 1 player's portion of court time.
• Booking passes are good for both tennis and pickleball court fees.
• 1 booking pass is good for 1 player's court fee no matter how long the court session is for. (1 booking pass will work for a player's court time whether the court is reserved for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, etc.)
• Booking passes are only good for 1 court session per player. (For instance, if you have an open play court reservation and a clinic booked in the same day, 1 booking pass can be used for either the open play reservation OR the clinic reservation.)
• Booking passes are good for paying for open play or drop in court fees, clinic reservations, doubles mixers reservations, and shootout reservations.
• Booking passes cannot be used for lessons.

What is the difference between a booking pass and a guest pass? A booking pass is a credit for court time. A guest pass is a waiver of the $20 guest fee for non-members.
